How to disable the consent screen?

Your Formesign form shows a consent screen before submit, but this form doesn't need an agreement. People have already filled in their answers and still have to stop and click Agree before the response goes through. On a short form, that extra step only slows them down. You can turn the consent screen off in the form's Submit setting in the Formesign Editor. If you set up the form with the Formesign - Signature for Google Docs addon, it is already in your Forms dashboard.

Log in to Formesign > in the Forms dashboard, click on the form to open it > on the Edit page, click on the Submit setting gear icon in the After page row at the end of the form > click Consent > uncheck the show consent screen option and click Save.
