Some Cemeteries charge an additional fee to allow contractors to work on the headstone and grave. As soon as we receive this form, we will contact the Cemetery to confirm if any fee/permit is required and let you know. This usually only applies to Council-owned Cemeteries, and does not apply to Churchyards *

We will require a 25% deposit to be paid on the day before your first visit. All remaining balances will be due within 7 days of each stage of the work being completed.
