Justice for Renters Act 2024 Endorsement Form

The Justice for Renters initiative will appear on the 2024 general election ballot. The initiative will remove the statewide ban on rent control and give local communities the right to expand rent control to make rental housing more affordable for low-income and middle-income renters.
