This questionnaire is designed to estimate player ratings based on experience, knowledge, and abilities. The information gathered here will be used to help maintain parity across all leagues. Carefully read every option, selecting the highest response that is applicable to you while playing roller hockey. Please be as honest as possible and keep your competition in mind when evaluating yourself. When in doubt, compare each of your skills to those of higher level players that you are familiar with. For example, you may be one of the top players in your particular league, but if you were to go one on one with a player from a higher league, you may have a harder time keeping up, or your stickhandling might not be quick enough. Conversely, you may feel like an average player in a higher league, but you might stand out if you were to join one of the lower leagues.
