How to share your form with collaborators?

You can work together with other users on a form by adding them as collaborators in Google Forms. To give edit access to collaborators, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Open your Google Forms and click on ⋮ More icon next to the SEND button.
Step 2: Click on Add collaborators option.
Step 3: Add editors screen will be displayed. Enter the email addresses of the collaborators and click on Done.
Step 4: You can enter the optional message and click on Send to notify the collaborators.
Step 5: Once you the collaborators are added, you will see the "Person added" notification message as shown in the screenshot below.
