How to display the score only after submit?

You can change the appearance for the score question to hidden and add a custom message for the submit button to display the score only after form submission.

How to hide the score in the form?

By default, the form respondents will be able to view the score before they submit. You can update the settings to hide the score and display it only after they submit the form.

Step 1: Open your form in Google Forms. Click on the addon icon and click Scorecery.
Step 2: Scorecery menu will be displayed. Click More options.
Step 3: Sidebar widget will be displayed. Click Customize.
Step 4: In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the total score question.
Step 5: Question settings page will be displayed. Click Answer, change the Appearance to hidden and click Save.

How to customize confirmation message?

The default confirmation message is "Your total score is ". You can customize this message or show conditional message based on score.

Step 6: Click on the gear icon next to the Submit button.
Step 7: Button settings page will be displayed. Click On submit. Select Show customized message for this button. Update the message and click Save.
