How to share the form to collect responses?

You need one link to send in messages and print on flyers, and it has to take people to a form they can pay on. Google Forms gives you a link and can shorten it, but it opens the plain form, which can't show the amount or ask anyone to pay. With Neartail, you share a short link to your form. People who open it see the amount and are asked to pay when they click Submit. The page carries your branding instead of Google's, and the responses are collected on your Google Forms.

Let's start. Create your form and follow the steps below.

Get the short link

  • On the page that opens, click Enter your form name, type a name and click Generate.
  • Check the outline it suggests and click Proceed. Your form opens on the Edit tab.
  • When it asks "Do you want to collect payment on form submit?", click Yes. Under Manual payments, turn on how you want to be paid, enter your details and click Save. Venmo, Zelle and Cash App are listed only when your form is in USD. To change the currency, read How to accept Venmo payments.
  • Click Share.
The tabs Edit, Preview, Share and Orders, with Share marked
  • Click Link.
  • Click Copy and share the short link with the people you want to pay you.

When someone opens this link, they see your form with the amount and are asked to pay when they click Submit.

Summary

If you share your Google Form's own link, people see the plain form with no way to pay. With Neartail, you copy the short link to your form and share it, and people pay when they submit. Create your form and complete the steps above.
